Allowance packs
Allowance packs are for active paid subscriptions only. A pack adds 50 submittal documents to the month you are in, on top of your plan. Buy it here, or inside the chat when Link tells you the cap is close. It does not renew and never turns into an overage.
A free Lookup account cannot buy a pack. If your subscription ends, any unused pack documents end with it.
Buy an allowance packQuestions
One delivered file for a product you named: the product data sheet, the safety data sheet, the warranty or the manual. A product that comes back with three documents counts three. The manifest listing where every file came from is free.
Lookups never count: searching a manufacturer, listing what is on file, checking a product. A build that comes back with nothing at all counts zero. A retried request returns the same job and counts once. A free Lookup account runs up to 100 lookups a day; paid plans have no daily limit.
Link stops and tells you in the chat, with the option to add a pack. Nothing runs past the cap, and nothing is billed past it.
A block of 50 extra submittal documents for the month you are in, bought when a big job lands. Packs are for active paid subscriptions only: a free Lookup account cannot buy one, and unused pack documents end when the subscription does. A pack raises your cap for that month and does not renew on its own.
On Team and Enterprise, yes. Everyone signs in with their own email, lookups are free for all of them, and the allowance is shared. Starter and Pro are for one person.
