When Claude or ChatGPT calls Link, the answer is a short description of each document. The PDF itself travels straight from our storage to your browser through the download link, so the file never passes through the conversation.

Each person signs in as themselves
There is no shared password and no key pasted into a chat. Every connection goes through SubPro's own sign in page.

Every person has their own Link sign in, even on a shared Team allowance.

The assistant asks for access, and you grant it on SubPro's sign in page, not inside the chat.

Your account page lists the apps you have connected.

Downloads expire
A download link stops working after a while. Forwarding an old one gets nobody anything.

Security questions
Is anything I send through Link used to train a model?
No. Nothing you send through Link trains a model. What Claude or ChatGPT keep from your own conversation is governed by their settings, which you control in those apps.
What does Link keep about my requests?
The manufacturer, the product, the document kinds and the time, so we can count your allowance and answer support questions. No project data.
Who checks the documents?
Each document carries one of three words. Approved means a person checked it, reviewed means our automated reviewer did, and needs review means neither has yet. The assistant always tells you which.
How do I disconnect Link?
Remove the connector in Claude or ChatGPT. Your Link account page shows which apps are connected.
