What do you need from us?
Your published literature, and a heads up when a document is replaced. Most manufacturers point us at their literature library or send a catalog export. There is nothing to install and nothing to build on your side.
Which assistants does Link work in?
Claude and ChatGPT. A contractor connects Link once, and from then on names a product in the chat and gets its submittal documents back in the same conversation.
Does Link put our products ahead of other brands?
No. Link does not rank or suggest products. The contractor names the manufacturer and the product, and Link returns that product's documents. Partnering makes sure what comes back for your product is complete and current.
Do you change our documents?
Never. Each file goes out as you published it, with your name on it and a link to its original source.
How do we correct or remove a document?
Write to your named contact and it gets fixed. Anyone, partner or not, can also use the process on our document rights page.
