Product data sheets, safety data sheets, test reports, and related documents remain the property of the manufacturers that publish them. SubPro does not claim ownership of any of them. This page covers why they are indexed here and how a manufacturer gets one corrected or removed.
Why the library exists
Finding the current version is the problem.
A submittal package is only as good as the documents in it. A contractor assembling one has to find the right cut sheet and the right safety data sheet for the product a spec actually named, at the revision the project is being built to. That means hunting across manufacturer websites, distributor portals, and whatever a supplier emailed last year.
SubPro indexes these documents so that hunt takes a search instead of an afternoon. Every document links back to its source. Nothing here is a substitute for the manufacturer's own published literature, and a document in this library should be checked against the manufacturer's current release before it goes into a submittal.

A person reviewed it
Documents are checked and approved by a human before they appear in the library. Nothing publishes itself.
If you represent a manufacturer
Getting a document corrected or removed.
Write to pilots@sub-pro-ai.com. Tell us the product and the document and we will act on it. That covers a superseded revision that should be replaced, a document attached to the wrong product, a document you would rather we did not carry at all, and a manufacturer page that has the wrong website on it.
The privacy policy covers how requests are handled and how long we keep them. If you would rather talk it through than write it up, the same address reaches a person.

Write to pilots@sub-pro-ai.com with the product and the document. Requests from the manufacturer that publishes a document are acted on, and the privacy policy covers how requests are handled.
Does SubPro use these documents to train AI models?
No. The documents are indexed so a contractor can find the current version for a submittal. They are not training data.
Can I rely on this library instead of the manufacturer's own website?
