The founder has worked in construction for more than 20 years, and SubPro is the tool he wishes he'd had on his projects. It's early, the team is small, and whoever joins now will help shape the product and the company.

Construction experience If you've run submittals on real jobs, what you know goes straight into the product. Help us build the tool you wish you'd had.
Product and engineering Build software that's fast and reliable enough for project teams to trust with real work.
Document systems Pulling requirements out of documents with the source page attached, and reviewing them, where getting it right matters. This is where SubPro's AI work is, and the log it drafts is reviewed by a person before it goes out.

What working here is like

It's a small team, you own what you work on and it gets used on real jobs.

Your work gets used on real projects. The logs and submittal packages SubPro builds are for live construction jobs.
The output has to hold up with people who don't trust software. Each row shows its source, because the people reviewing it have been burned before. It makes the work harder, and it feels better when you get it right.
Help shape the company early. The product, the culture and how we treat customers are still being worked out, and the people who join now will have a big say in it.
