Make your literature easy to find when somebody submits your product.
A contractor putting a submittal together needs your current data sheet, your safety data sheet and sometimes a shop drawing, all at the right revision. SubPro is one of the places they look, before bid day when the estimator lists your product and again when the submittal package gets built.

Your reps work hard to get your product written into the spec book, but that's not the end of it. Between the spec section and the installed product there's a submittal, and it needs your literature attached, current, readable and matched to the right model. If that takes a long time to find, it's a lot easier for the contractor to go with an or equal substitution.

What do you need from us?
A current set of your published literature and a way to hear about revisions. Most partners send a catalog export or a link to their literature library, and tell us when something is superseded. That's all we need.
What do you get out of this?
A better library. Documents that come straight from a manufacturer are current, complete and matched to the right model, and that's what makes a contractor trust the library instead of double checking it. We'd rather get your literature from you than go find it ourselves.
Will you tell us which contractors are specifying our products?
No. The spec book you upload is deleted by the time your deliverables are delivered. We don't sell or share what's in a customer's submittal log. Document rights has the details.
Do you change our documents?
No. We index a document the way you published it. We don't edit it, retype it or strip your branding, and it keeps your name on it and a link back to where it came from.
Can we have something corrected or removed?
