How does SubPro pricing work?
SubPro is priced per company. The price depends on how many projects you run in a year, and it is confirmed in writing before any work starts.
Is it priced per seat?
No, it's per company. Your PMs, coordinators and project engineers all work in the same record, and adding a person doesn't change the price.
What if the GC pushes back on a submittal?
You revise and resubmit the same way you do now. The record keeps the revision and the returned stamp action on the row, and the spec page on the row makes the correction easy to trace. What the GC gets from you doesn't change.
Can I try it before I commit?

What file types do you accept?
A PDF of the project manual, and the drawing set as a PDF when you want its schedules read. We work out on the fit call how you'll send them.
What about scanned project manuals?
The pages need readable text for a row to show its page. We check the file before any work starts and tell you if the text isn't readable, so we never build from a book we can't read.
Is there a contract length?
A pilot covers a set number of projects, and we write that down before it starts. When SubPro runs on every project, the term is part of that price, so it isn't listed on this page.
What happens to my files?
The spec book you upload is deleted by the time your deliverables are delivered. Nothing you send is used to train an AI model. Read the full policy on the data handling page.
