SubPro is quoted per shop after we see a project manual, because price depends on how many projects you run each year and how many submittals each one carries.
What drives the quote
Four plain numbers. We ask for them on the fit call and the quote follows in writing.
Projects per year
A shop running three jobs a year and a shop running thirty are quoted differently. Volume is the first number we ask for.
Submittals per project
A Division 09 finishes scope can carry 75 rows on one job. A small specialty scope might carry a dozen. The row count sets the work.
Review before delivery
A draft your own PM checks costs less than a set a construction PM has already worked row by row. You choose the level.
Tracking through closeout
Some shops want the log delivered and done. Others want statuses, revisions, and transmittals kept on every row through turnover. Say which.

What every build includes

How does SubPro pricing work?
Each shop gets a quote after we see one of its project manuals. The quote reflects how many projects you run in a year and how many submittals each one carries, and it is confirmed in writing before any work starts.
Is it priced per seat?
No. Nobody on your team needs a license to open the files. The output is Excel and PDF, so your PM, your coordinator, and your GC all work from the same set without a login.
What if the GC pushes back on a submittal?
You revise and resubmit the way you do today. The log keeps the revision and the returned stamp action on the row, and the spec page citation makes the correction easy to trace. Nothing about what the GC receives changes.
Can I try it before I commit?
Yes, two ways. Book a fit call and we run one of your spec books at no charge. Or use Build my log to buy a single drafted log with no call at all. The price shows at checkout.
What file types do you accept?
A PDF of the project manual. The self-serve build takes one PDF up to 1,000 pages and 150 MB. Pilots take the project manual as you have it, and the fit call settles how it comes over.
What about scanned project manuals?
The pages need readable text for a row to cite its page. We check the file before any work starts and tell you if the text is not readable, so nothing is built from a book that cannot be read.
Is there a contract length?
A pilot covers a set number of projects, written down before it starts. Ongoing work is quoted the same way, and the term is part of that quote rather than a number on this page.
What happens to my files?
Your spec book is deleted after delivery, on every build. Nothing is kept, and nothing trains a model. The data handling page has the full policy.
