What the sample shows. The drafted submittal log with the spec page on every row, supporting documents assembled where product data exists, the rows flagged for a decision with the reason, and chat over your spec book and the log. Then a short review call to walk through it.

Who runs it. A construction PM with twenty years of field time runs the book and reads every flagged row before you see it. The fit is a shop with dozens of submittals per job: Division 08 openings, Division 09 finishes, Division 23 mechanical, Division 26 electrical.
